Q: Are strollers allowed?
A: Yes, you may run with a stroller but we ask that you start in the back of the men's wave (even for the ladies pushing the stroller). The course gets very crowded so to keep it safe strollers have to start very last.
Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: No - we love them but with all the commotion and food we ask that you leave your dogs home for this one. Thanks!
Q: Is there a gear-check? I plan to run in the outfit that comes with my race entry.
A: We have a secure bag check system where you can store your pre-race clothes and belongings. Look for the red SkirtChaser tent at the Expo.
Q: How does my friend/family member come to the block party if they are not racing?
A: All spectators are welcome at the block party for a $10 cover charge that is payable at the door at the event. We do not process any cover charges ahead of time or online.
Q: How do I get the product that I ordered?
A: All product (Skirts, T's..etc) is picked up during packet pick hours. Please check the event page for the schedule. Packet pick up is usually held the day before the race as well as the day of the race. No packets are mailed unless you have to cancel.
Q: I have to cancel my registration, do you offer refunds?
A: While we cannot refund the registration fee we are happy to ship the product to you. Shipping charges will apply. Please contact: sage@skirtsports.com for details.
Q: Can I pick up my packet and product right before the race?
A: Yes - Packet pick up is open 2.5 hours before the start of the race at the race site. You may wait until race day to pick up your bib number and product on site.
Q: Will you run out of sizes and colors?
A: We always plan overflow for all product which means we should have enough to accommodate everyone that signs up in advance to those that sign up race day. If for some reason we run out of sizes we are happy to mail you the correct size once we return to the warehouse in Boulder. (We have not run out yet)
Q: I need to change the color/size of the product I ordered online. What do I do?
A: ALL product changes are handled at packet pick up. We do not need to change your requested size or color choice before hand. Arrive at packet pick up with some extra time to try on the skirt you ordered. You may exchange the size and color at that time.
Q: I registered for a standard package, but now want to upgrade to the whole outfit, how do I do this?
A: Upgrades are available at packet pick-ups, you will just need to pay the difference between the packages. SkirtSports will also have a booth selling SkirtChaser products at each of the Expos. Our local store partner will also have the latest and greatest SkirtSports product for purchase at the race day expo.
Q: Do you have to wear a Skirt to participate?
A: Although we would love it if you did, Skirts are not required apparel for the race.
Q: Can I volunteer?
A: Yes!! We love volunteers. Even if you are racing there are volunteer opportunities before hand. All volunteers walk away with a free Skirtsports Skirt or SkirtChaser tee! Please contact: sage@skirtsports.com for more information on volunteer needs.
